Old TomToms FTW I got a new one a couple of years ago, with the new OS on and it is sooooooo crap. It's slow to navigate, slow to type on, slow to pick up satellites. Should of kept my old TomTom one but I needed european maps.

You need to increase the size of your icons! View-Show Status Bar Then there is a slider at the bottom to increase size.

Have you tried right clicking in the white space on finder, select view options and is show icon preview selected? The thing is, it normally changes the icon if you do this so doubt it is the issue.

I remember when that came out, seems so long ago now, back in the good old days.

Have you tried relaunching finder? Apple logo in the top left - force quit - finder - relaunch.
