I tend to re do the whole process about twice a year and then use a good wax over the sealant. Using the products you have above I would probabaly stick a coat of Jeffs on once a month and then redo the whole process including clay and Super Resin every 4 - 6 months abd sort out and local...

Most glass scratch removers deform the glass fixing the defect. As Alan says to get it perfect a new peice of glass is the best bet. www.frost.co.uk sell glass polishing kits though if you are fancing giving it a try.
