Hang on, if the dash light is off, then its off right? Its doesnt automatically switch itself on does it?

Whilst raping the car about yesterday i noticed that when you get a bit of wheel spin that the ESP light flashes. Didnt have the ESP switched on and was wondering if the system automatically retards(heh heh) the wheel spin in 1st and 2nd (Like most TC)

The ECU needs to cope with ABS and ESP as well i think. Not worth trying to "upgrade" a cup as the ABS, ESP, brakes, interior etc etc.

right, just called upto order the itg filter. Now they tell me its for the cup. Now without being a r****d, they are both going to be the square replacement filter and should just be a swap on the 172 isnt it?
