you will have a leaking bolt, have a look, if one is surrounded in oil (really obvious) take it out, whop silicone down the hole and wang it back it (14nm IIRC)
no need to go for genuine, its incredibly rare i do one with genuine bits these days as non gen is gen just not in the gen box if you understand that! haha
IMO it makes the back end a bit more adjustable, you can lean on it fine, but if you want it to "dance" about that can be arranged via steering input ;)
complete personal choice, there's no "set" amount (plus you'll find that would be the max the cup racers could run, they more than likley ran different amounts side to side and different setups for different circuits)
i run more rear than i do front, but it suits me
