Aluco had a problem with the bottom bung on the radiator iirc, it split and was losing water. Mine lost a little water, but the amount lost kept increasing until it emptied itself pretty much instantly when running, this happened over about 3 months.. Was the water pump.

Just saying if you do take it to court it could scare the other party into settling as at fault. This has worked for a few people I know who were in a similar position to yourself. It will take longer yes, but I know I wouldn't just accept 50% blame when it wasn't my fault. Anyway, hopefully...

Bad luck there :( Dont settle for 50/50 if it comes to that, take it to court before doing that. Most people, when they know they are at fault, will give in when they get a court date.

Just looked again and yeh, that looks like the memory card reader on the printer. So no worries, try putting a memory card in the printer and see if it reappears and you can see the photo's/whatever on there.

Your clio didnt have a card did it? Ipods' dosen't. My spare came broken, but you can buy new cases and they arent too difficult to change. My main card is fine, will hopefully never use the spare. Only ever used it to check it worked.
