I bought one and it's ok for older cars with thin tinny metal. For newer stuff you'll need a better glue. The glue they provide is cheap crap.
I got some proper glue off our dent guy at work and it's worlds apart to what those kits come with.

200 with cup pack was my daily (bought it new in2010) and I got rid of it after a year. Suspension, whilst epic on track and B road blasting, was back breaking on the country lanes and beyond skittish on the motorway. They're really hard for a standard car imo.
