funny story actually, that's where it stopped as i shut the engine off (when it was a 1.2, 3years ago) and i've somehow managed to screw up the wiring to the rear wiper and its stuck in that position, i don't want it there, job for the angle grinder :D
sport exhaust won't fit a 1.2
i'm yet to see anyone change an aux belt on one with the bumper/slam panel still in!
why you remove the aux tensioner? changing it i assume?
i remove the upper alternator bolt and pull the alt down to give a bit more slack in the belt when tensioning it up on the tensioner
doubt it as i'll probably break down en route, so will be in convoy with the AA
i haven't got a ticket or pass yet, so i'll just rock up on my own time
max 1.5hours to do front discs and pads for an amateur

tw*t disc off with hammer
reverse process
Re: Pads - Green Stuff = s**t!
no they are DS PERFORMANCE (road car series of pads)
DS2500's are the bottom end of the race pad range, best all round pad for the clio IMO

finally i've managed to finish a car and its going to FCS tomorrow!
(note - i say "finished" its far from in reality, i need to paint the inside and fit the door cards, plus some other stuff but it'll do!)

sport cats are on par with the devil, horrible creations by tree hugging petrol heads
decat yes, but it causes a horrible flat spot on the 197, i'd leave both cats in for hassle free motoring
i'll ask him later when i see him, should be fine though, he's been away for a few days/organising a party for family, if its paid for it will be being made and then shipped direct from manufacturers
yeah they've had issues, lifetime warranty though
the scorpion has good reports and is quiet, likewise the janspeed (the one i would vote for if you want quiet)
