8-10 hours? they been over the border in holland smoking crack or something?
i loosen lower alt bolt, remove upper alt bolt/nut and pull alter down towards the front of the car, just makes it a bit easier as you have to put a s**t load of force on the tensioner
edit just checked the lower idler wheel also, this is the one that's different

they're the same apart from the 1 pulley, from memory the phs2 cambelt kit idler pulley doesn't fit the phs1 spacer, its been a while since i've done a phs1 172
