The rule is supposed to be 1 over focal length ie at 300mm you should be not at more than 1/300, 200mm - 1/200. But most this does not seem to apply in M/sport photog.
Practice makes perfect - one day 1/80 pans will seem easy - I hope!
I posted 4 to Donny yeterday normal first class and they arrived the next day, so should be ok.
Is PGTi easy to find in your parts Dan? like rocking horse round here. Purchased 6 copys this months not for free tickets - but because we where all in it!

For me all depends on the focal length and type of shot. Side on pans with the light 70-200 are east at 1/100 - 1/200.
Heavier 300 mm rarely under 1/320.
Both 1.9 8 valves on carbs. Both Brothers!
Tim's - Red one fairly standard engine.
Pete's - White one, lots of engine work.
