you must have seen some pikey installs fella! we had problems with low quality cast studs stretching, but we tracked down some proper rolled jobbies and they were sound, locktite and heat doesn't really do much!

remove the undertray and grab the lower aux belt idler pulley and try and wobble it book time to CHANGE the aux belt is 2.2-2.5hrs (they're harder than you think) waterpump is estimate approx + 1hrs on top (fiddly fucker if the male torx bolt heads round off)

i can confirm you CAN take them out in 2-3 hours if you go like a madman, Icarus will confirm it also matt isn't a pro, he's a connoisseur ;)
