Nothing will bond and give maximum durability.
I am in the process of Glazing mine with VMHG and RMG and will be using either Wolfgang Sealant or Poorboys EX-p tommorrow.
VM with EX-p will give 30-40 days tops I reckon.
EX-p will bead like a wax, I would use the VM, the Ex-p and then top with...
83 - X or circle round the pad to prime, then the same per panel or area you working, spread it out at speed 2, and 6 with slow hand passes to remove defects.
80 - Same amount of product. Again 2 to spread it evenly and I normally work polishing at speed 5 or maybe 6 depending on paint shape...
Seat looks great, always fun to get in a car with proper buckets, as you say though harness take some getting used to day to day. Would piss me off day in day out tho LOL!
That's the plan!
Yeah serveral layers of paint to build up the chips, allow to dry well, wet sand and polish up the sanded area.
Minimize the sanding to the smallest area you can.
Yeah to add more coats of EGP you would need to re SRP and start again.
For me once I have got the desired coats of EGP on (2-3), I just add a coat of Carnuba after a wash.
Car looks great, If there where any swirls the produsts you have used will have just hidden them, prepare for them to return though!
Gold Class Wax contains some cleaners to remove the protection the NXT leaves behind, I would have been tempted to skip the Gold Class and go straight to P21s and...
2-3 coats of EGP seem to be the optimum for looks and protection.
The stage 3 Megs carnuba would add to the looks too yes. Wait till you have got the chosen amout of EGP layers on ist though as, once you have used the wax, subsequent layers of EGP cant really be added as they wont bond.
It is a nice combo, Gaz add a few more coats of EGP after the next couple of washes, it gets even better with a few coats. Also think about a pot of P21s wax to top it off with - looks awesome on Blue.
Using a glaze gives a deeper wetter look to your paint and fills any minor inperfections.
I should be used before sealing or waxing. Some sealants wont bond to it, and those that can be usd over it wont get full durability due to the oily nature of the Glaze.
If you use it before your NXT the...
I clay after washing with the car still wet, quickly re-wash and dry. Then onto the polishing.
Still in the middle of doing mine to, washed, Polished with SSR 2.5, and #80, and glazed with Clearkote Vanilla Moose Hand Glaze so far. Another coat of Galze and start to seal tomorrow all going...
