Swirls don't show up so much on silver, but it will remove them as they will probably be there but just dont show up as much. There will be a definate increase in gloss and depth due to the extra polishing ability of the machine over hand. A yearly PC'ing is worth while on any colour.

The over heating headunit is a common problem, think a warrenty visit to the dealer to replace it was the only cure to the problem for those that had suffered it.

The compound may be overkill, and will cut very quickly, the Scratch X is a safer option, but the rubbing compound would do a quicker job. Be carefull if you do use it, and test it in a small area first as it may put in smaller scratches than the swirls its removing due to the abbrassives in...
