stan will know more about it than i do as he's a flow specialist, but i believe its something to do with pulse tuning inside the inlet/plenham, or am i talking b****cks

air filter + 5bhp
exhaust + 5bhp
remap + 10bhp
all three of them combined doesn't = a real 20bhp!
re read roamers post, there's nothing there about cam timing, its purely software alterations (fuel and ignition timing) you assumed timing meant CAM timing
thats not a renault one, its blowing out of the join where the centre section meets the backbox too (look at the white residue in the top left of the pic)

you mean that the pullies have no mechanical locking method and are held on by friction thus meaning they can be roated freely by 360 degrees when loose
