i need to remove some scratches from a sheet of perspex, looks like someone's been at it with a brillo pad!
i'm thinking wet and dry, then go bonkers with the rotary
i've been told if i take some heat to it then the flame will "polish" the marks out? i reckon it'll just melt!
makes no odds, a 1.2 16v without aircon takes about 5min to swap the aux belt on
cambelt is around a 3hr job from memory, its been a while since ive done one TBH
if you're doing the cambelt on that engine its worth doing the waterpump too
gearbox oil doesn't need to be changed
bearings don't need replacing unless they're making a noise
all filters (air, oil and cabin)
engine oil
belt/s swap
does it have aircon?
