yep pre and post cat have different part numbers
you only need the pre cat one, new its about £80! i need one, i`m trying to source them cheaper at the moment
yeah i do it on my car every 10-12K (of just before a trackday if needs be)
modern oil is designed for long service intervals, but changing it too often isn't a bad thing (apart from to your wallet!)
why does everyone bang on "oh the H&R's aren't damping adjustable"
you DON'T need it!!! a massive company like H&R spends millions developing suspension that is brilliant out of the box, look at their motorsport history! (same story for Bilstein)
