Yeah your head unit will be an Update List one if it a brand new one (or March 05 onwards), or Tuner List before March 05 so it should work.

Most new Macs ship with i-chat which works with the Macs i-sight camera, not sure if that can connect with any type of PC software PC software though, I have'nt tried them.

Yeah takes me about two hours just to wash it properly to my standards! Claying a car for the first time isnt something anyone should rush as you can cause some real damage. Once a car has been clayed and you are just spoy claying certain areas I can see that only taking 10-15 mins.

Paint code should be on the oval plate details on your car. There is a list of colours/codes in the articles area.

I'd say about 5 mins or so at least per panel, more for the roof and bonnet.

It is a abbrasive polishing head that goes on polishing machine available in different grades to do what you did alot more easily. http://www.frost.co.uk/productList.asp?catID=27

You can if you wish do AG metal polish - AG Super Resin and then there Extra Gloss Protection. We do this on bikes where polished bits cannot easily be got at during normal cleaning, without taking parts off.

Weekly maintance - a coat of polish is all it needs. You can get some laquer now that will take to polished metal but it dulls the finish slightly.

Best mate does it for a living, has worked on lots of the top show motorbikes over here. It's slightly less abbrassive then metal polish, so in the same way as stepping down in grades of paper when polishing, useing differt grades of polish does the same. He does all his work by machine with...

If you want to finish it yet finer still than metal polish, apply a coat of an even milder polish such as Autoglym Super Resin as it will increase shine even more.

Mates got one on his 205. Still needs cable operated one aswell for the MOT AFAIK.
