well.id only trust myself tbh. most tuning companies dont seem to get the best out of things imo.
mapping side of things.again theres only 1 man to do this...approved mapper or not, doesnt really matter, its whether someone knows what they are actually doing rather than paying a company a...
i have the ds perfomance ones fitted.....i think lol.
they are all red, backing plate and side of pad material, find them fantastic tbh.
great from cold, exceptional when hot. quite a few ppl commented on the braking ability of the car lap after lap at oulton last time out.
altho...
dunno yet tbh....not had it mapped yet.
should be around the 220 ish mark when done tho hopefully, prob about 190-200 at the mo tho.
quite a few bits to do before its sent off for mapping thjo.
went from mine to northys in it last weekend, is about 30 miles ish each way.....used £25...
its in dire need of a remap as i think its running a tad rich lol.
mods.
big valve williams head, reworked chambers etc, weber alpha + ecu, 45mm weber throttle bodies, 270 cams.
de-cat (devil) std centre section leading to a home made side exit lol
almost fully stripped

id want a bit of exclusivism in a new one tbh, guess im used to it now lol.
as above really. gain per £ a meg bottom end is the way forward. many people disagree, usually the ones that have spent a mint on their 1.8 i might add, but the extra of the 2.0 is on a par with headwork and cams on a 1.8 for less cost, and then when its modded it really can fly.
figures to...
lol.yep. and that was the reason i bougt the dci for her. how disappointed was i??
was going to get her a cup, but if the dcis handled better than a williams ....well...i know the cups dont handle as well as a willy, so the dci it was ;)
edde ...u have a lot to answer for lol.
well. depends really. the mrs dci .i feel the same as u edde. its s**t slow, uncomfy as f**k, handles like a jelly...but its great for throwin the kids in an not bothering about where they put their feet/spill their drink.
the williams es however.......well diffrent stories even with...
looks like u had fun. that side exit sounds a bit tame tho winston. lol
will have to get a vid of mine up hehe....cant hear the bodies for the zorst :(
Re: what this is that fell off my car last night??? Pics attached!
aye def the mani/oil press guard.
no real problem running without 1. id be more worried about how its managed to rip itself in 1/2 tbh.
now now lol. they are too much.
hmm... radbourne gp n car......wonder if my old willy 2 ex radbourne demo was gp n too then. although with the anti hijack/tracker/hands free/towbar additions i doubt itd be any lighter lol.
