the full blown race pads do have harsh dust, and they do squeal, but they bloody work there's no problem running race pads everyday, its just the noise that gets on yer tits

nope, gear knob cannot be removed without damaging it rip off the old one by pulling it up over the gear knob, its tied on at the top with a cable tie, just snip that and it'll come off
