My 306 used to do this after being stood outside for a while and not used, or if washed and not moved and left. Leave the clio in the garage with the handbrake off so not had this yet.
No touch up paint available but.. go to your local paint supplier and get a small pot made up, brush paint it on with a artists paint brush.

Ideally after touching up the damage as above you should then wet sand the painted area after the paint has cured...
Your existing rain sensor will be used, for the 50 -75 odd quid it will cost you to get it done on your insurance I would do that. To buy a screen out right wont be cheap as it has a UV coating.
On Peugeots there dont have the cut out that Renaults have, my friends snopper works up there on his 306, so it may be worth trying it, could be the same?
Use a folded cotton terry towel, it gives more bite than a foam pad. You need to use quite alot of pressure and work it till it back and forth long enough to do its job. Its not a wipe on wipe of product you need to work it. Multiple applications and hard work should improve things. You wont be...
It was on this mans advice I mounted mine where I did. You need to speak to Blackspot about the 5m as it is not listed on there site. Saying that I phoned and ordered a 5m one but still got sent the 2m one! They sorted it easily enough after a phone call though.
With the shorter one you may be able able to mount it in the rear quarter window area. I was sent the 3m one first even though 5m one by mistake at first and it reached that far.
