I've got 172 bottom arms on a williams subframe. It did have williams arms but I bent them trying to undo the hub nuts! lol.
The blue shell has been painted in 172 cup (mondial) blue. Its fine for a track car, but this is my pride...

Breaking the rest of the car (every last bit) will probably net you back about £1500 - £2000 ish depending on the condition of the other parts.
Scrap is about £120 per tonne at the moment. You'll be lucky to get £150 for it really.
Best bet is to buy a secondhand engine off here and fit that...

There's no way i'd go to all of the hassle of breaking it, buying another one, then getting that up to scratch. (assuming yours has had the belts etc done and the mechanicals are up together)
