No. Front tyres have to be the same size as eachother, but can be any make on either tyre.
Rear tyres have to be the same size as eachother, again, any make, like above.
But you can't have the two nearside tyres one size and the two offside another size.

Although before you go removing interior, try just the hosepipe thing first. If you find the leak without removing the interior it will save you a load of aggro.
