    Wet Carpet

Not at all. A morning, a basic socket set and a hosepipe. It will be if you take it to a dealer etc.

    Potential Car, Potential Problem

Should Joseph Fritzels kids do the same as he did? Your dad is wrong i'm afraid. You should buy a car based on its previous maintainence record and current condition. Mileage (to a point) is completely irrelevant.

Aux Belt - Is this normal?

Best to have a cover on it. If a twig/stone/somalian gets trapped on the pully it can pull the belt off and throw the cambelt off. Very small chance but for the sake of a £15 cover i'd rather fit a cover! lol.

    Front vibration noise/knock

First things first, check the wheel bolts before you get back in the car! You're too attractive to have a car crash...

    Front vibration noise/knock

If you drive down a wide road and sort of slalom, what happens to the noise then?

    Wet Carpet

First thing i'd do is remove the wipers and the scuttle panel and check the drain holes under there. Renault scenics and VW passats are prone for it so there's no harm in trying. If its that wet it won't be a leak, it will be a proper water ingress from somewhere i'd have thought.

    Warren/Brown Bear- M40. Over Christmas.

He is a really good guy, proper sound. Sadly he's getting on a bit now though and doesn't suffer fools gladly.

Recent pics of the R26 (few little updates)

Absolutely LOVING that headunit. Looks proper factory. :)

    All Time Low

Fair play to you mate. When I was in that situation me and the GF sold the 172 and the meg coupe and bought an £800 banger to tide us over. Priorities and all that!

Just from reading th etitle I was all ready to give it the; 'Don't worry mate.....' But I can't. There is no excuse for owning/driving a daewoo matiz. Truely awful cars.

    Opinions on this dub

Yes! lol. The mk2 you had was proper. Old school cool. That polo just looks like a poor 17 year old is trying to be different.

I thought you were a policeman? And a married father?? Thats the sort of thing i'd expect some 17 year old emo looking prick to be driving around in.

Cheap RWD 3.0 V6 Drift car! Or Comfy Exec Saloon...

So come on then, how much does my omega owe me?
  21. Dicky Belly

    Cheap 200 anyone?

No, he uses some website that tells you. Its completely pointless. I could have 10 watchers or 100 watchers, it makes no difference. So like him, that website would be better off dead.

    Liquid yellow 182 - pics

Just use 2 old sockets and 4 cable ties. New mounts will only perish after 12 months, metal sockets won't!

Can anyone tell me what this is....

Those flappy bits let air out of the car when you shut the doors/boot. If they weren't there, your ears would burst everytime you closed the door.

    Another Wasted Day

This. I always ask them to tell me who did the cambelt, at what date and miles, and how much the total bill was. If they come back with £200 from Dog Motors, I know not to bother wasting my petrol going to see it.

Cheap RWD 3.0 V6 Drift car! Or Comfy Exec Saloon...

You chat so much s**t, Mop your chin its dribbling down it. You have no idea how much profit someone has made on ebay. If you can tell me how much thtat Omega owes me, I will deliver it to your house and wipe your ass whilst giving your dad some head.

    God damn BMW drivers!!!

Sill and rear quarter are one panel.
  28. Dicky Belly

    God damn BMW drivers!!!

Well a new back wing (while quite labour intensive) is not a difficult job and the panel can't be all that expensive. From memory they are (list price) about £360+vat. If you said £1200 for paint and labour, thats still not going to write it off. Failing that, knocking it back out and a dab of...
