Daniel james! help a brother...
I just bought an some oil/oil filter/air filter for my 320d from the local factors. All good.
The guy asked me if i was planning on changing some other filter? Causes the car to smoke a bit? I had no clue what he was on about. Any ideas??
Cheers.
Any exhaust manufacturer. (Powerflow/longlife/prospeed etc)
Its just a case of cut out old, refit straight through bit of pipe. I had mine done and it cost me £40.
Re: Good aftermarket headunit which is compatible with the steering wheel control....
Here it is. http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?606348-CLIO-GARAGE-CLEAROUT!-ALL-GOOD-STUFF-AND-CHEAP!
It works with the steering wheel controls AND the standard display at the top of the dash...
Looks really nice that, super clean engine bay!
Exhaust wise, decat and removal of the centre section will see a marked improvement. Also, bn that KN induction cone. waste of time especially as you won't be able to hear it over the exhaust once you've modified it.
Re: Good aftermarket headunit which is compatible with the steering wheel control....
I've got an awesome alpine unit in the for sale section.
Bluetooth, phone prep, still works with the standard dash screen and comes with the lead for the hand controls...
Its up for £100 posted.
What i don't understand, is if you have an email option n your website, why aren't you answering?
Even if you just do a standard response....
''Hi, this is Puremotorsport, if your enquiry is urgent please call us on 123456789 as we are very busy at this moment in time''.
Just something to...
If you're at uni, chances are you'll be pissed right up 90% of the time.
In your shoes, i'd sell the clio, buy a 106 diesel that will cost pence to run and just enjoy uni.
You can buy another car when you've finished uni.
I rang nick about doing my engine conversion on my clio as he had come highly recomended but he asked me to take it somewhere else to get it looked at before he could offer any advice...
Strange bloke if you ask me.
Definately.
People think 'oh, £200 a month is easy, I 'll get one of those'.
They seem to forget that you also have to insure it, put (lots of!) fuel in it, tax it, put tyres on it...
I'm pretty confident If the fuse blew on your ABS, your ABS light would come on.
99% of normal people would then take the car to a garage to be looked at. If the ABS light came on on my wifes car for example, i'm not going to go out and try braking from 130mph just to see what happens.
A clio.
Its never going back on the road, and you work in a bodyshop...
What coulour would you paint it? You can pick any colour at all. (pictures please)
