    Welding shut the sunroof

as said chap, if its done right and well then their shouldn't be any issues at all with rust or warping. mines absolutely fine, inside and out, and its not like the car hasn't had a bit of abuse with the panel in. that's with no roof lining as well, which adds structural strength as its glued...

    Welding shut the sunroof

mine was a bit more of a job than normal due to wanting to have the roof channels removed, a normal swap would be a lot easier as its just tack welded and panel bonded at the channels, no need to cut down into the pillars etc. standard: mine:

    Fabricated race side exit exhaust

be careful, as mentioned if you don't silence it well then it'll fail most dB limits on most open track days. used to be a few mk1 clios with naturally aspirated engines and side exits, they were loud as hell I have one on my mk 1 but its turbo'd and had 2 boxes in it, was great as no rattles...

yep that's the selector anchor, just do it back up. you can just about see the gearbox sump plug in the pic, its right in the bottom middle of the pic, see around half of it and the little copper sealing washer. that's where you want to drain from. the oil you have drained however is still...
