cup is mainly quicker due to the aircon, christurbos car for example came to us with aircon, we ripped it out and put the cup setup in, it left as a rocket!
fitting the engine and box is the easy part, its around 10-12hours labour depending on how experienced the person...
new engine is £1250+vat from matt black, but i don't think he has any left now
you can use any 172/182 engine, all the same

nothing wrong with the janspeed, its nice, but its mass produced and therefore there is obvioucly a comprimise in build quality

yep, incorrect torque settings would knacker it, if they didn't check that head to see it if was warped and just put it back on again, then it'll go again
