    0W, 5W, 10W etc refers to the oils viscosity when cold 0degC IIRC 40 is its viscosity at 100degC something along those lines

    pull off drivers side scuttle pannel, remove small 6mm bolt, pull out old one, wack in new one, job done they're about £11 from renault
