I have the same problem as I have to undo three gates on my driveway into the garage. I went to the scrapper, cut a seatbelt off a laguna iirc and pulled off the belt buckle. I keep it in the drivers door pocket. :D

As above, the rear shocks on Clio's are made of wet tissue paper. Get some new ones from GSF/ECP and it should sort everything out.
