The drivers side has a 172 Bottom Arm and a 172 Hub. The passenger side has a Williams Arm and a 172 Hub. (I bent the 172 bottom arm trying to undo the 30mm nut on the donor car. Used a 7 foot scaffold bar..... ) The arms looked identical though so thats why I used the williams arm I...

Me again chaps!! Right, I seem to be eating driveshafts for fun atm. I fitted another secondhand one today and it lasted less than three miles before it started clunking its tits off again. I'm now on my 3rd n/s driveshaft. Whats causing this?? Is it possible that it could be too far into...

Funnily enough I fitted my Warlboro pump today and while doing it I noticed my plg was a bit crappy. I ended up soldering the wires together and fitting spade connectors further down. Seems to be fine now.*touch wood!*

Cambelt is ever 5 years or 72,000 miles whichever is soonest. Check for a front end smack also. Winter seems to claim a few Cups yearly!

A few points... 1) Its a secondhand car. Most have had paint. 2) Its taken you two years to notice it..... Can't be that bad can it. 3) You say she has an invoice for a repair to the drivers door, have you removed that trim too? The two could be completely unrelated. 4) Dry your eyes. ;)
