Spacers will cure it. Although how much you need depends on clearance issues! 10mm would probably cure it. Although make sure you only buy hubcentrics.

Well a decent bonnet paint is circa £200 with a blend into the wings (If you want it to match.) Plus the filler work. (£50?) Bear in mind the filler will sink!! Always does. The best bet is to weld a bit in the hole, but as yours is Ali, it aint going to happen!
