you "shouldn't" need to hold it with an allen key, it "should" come off on its own
BUT a lot get rusty etc, or have been air gunned on by a muppet
i use a 12V impact gun
you need the camber sorting aswell mate
also please make sure you drivers side front coilover is approx 5mm higher than the passenger side front (measure on the actual coilover itself)
only problem is (same as me) as your car is so low, they may not be able to get the equipment onto the wheels (i had to remove both bumpers to have mine done!!)
i've found the DS2500's feel a bit odd to start with, i normally suggest getting some heat into them (don't go mad) initally, but make sure you cool them down (ie drive without braking using the gears for a good 10min)
give it 200miles of normal driving before you abuse them
