Depends what you want andy.
If you want it to look/sound good, then fit some Apex springs, some Turinis and maybe an exhaust and a filter.
If you wnat it to go better, then i'd do the Brakes, then some coilovers.
BMW 6 cylinders, providing they've been looked after are good for 250,000 miles and more.
Avoid the 4 cylinder ones if you like driving though. They are Slow at best.
