yeh im looking in yellow pages at the min theres sh*t loads of breakers in it. ill ring around tomoro, i dunno how difficults its gona b finding 2 new 172 wings thos :S really want them tho, does any1 else knwo of nething else i will need to get to transform the front to a 172 ? this a mark...

yeh the lights kind of come out of its "bracket" ive mved it back buts its no way secure, still working tho and no signs of damage to light. so its the kinda job i just get dun myself without involving insurance, im bloody glad i didnt damage her car tho,

very very very nice:D got it for £4100, W reg 20,000, mint condtion from a place that supplies reno with their second hand cars in derby. which i thort was a bargain! its very nippy, had it de catted and inductiond. certainly alot pokier than my old 1.4 :D

mine used to rub on the rear bumper inside the arch. they had 195/45 tyres on. but i had 16" super legs on, b4 i managed to crash it racing out of loughborugh last year !!! only had 3rd party insurance and lost everything :(

i had a mark 1 clio RT that i lowerd 40 mm all round and had 16s on it, it scraped like a b**ch, until i wrote it off :D

just phoned my local tuning place who said that they can get my clio chipped for me £ 293 inc vat and fitting, and it will give a 6bhp gain?!!? 6bhp thats pants :( its a 1.4 16v si which has been de catted and ramcharger induction kit fitted. will it really only give 6bhp? i believe...

the car on my avatar, the mark 1 172, the alloys it has on it, i saw a clio at 2.0 clio at reno today with them on. where can get um from?!!?!? r they quite difficult to find?

of any non 2.0 clios 98> that have been lowered 60mm, and still have the standard alloys on :D

im 19 what r the chances of a reno garage allowing me to take out a 182 for a test drive :D

how visibly noticeable will a 35 mm drop be?? to be honest im debuting wether or not its actually going to make any notcible visible difference

does colour codin make a big difference to the look of the car. im trying to imagine it but to be honest the bumper strips and side strips dont look as if theyd make that much difference.

got a 1.4 16v W reg clio. had a full system put on decat. got all my ice sorted. now i want to lower it 35mm and get the bumpers and side strips colour coded. i can only afford to get one of them done first. and ill have to wait bout 3 weeks to get the other done. which one to do first...

im thinking about lowering my clio (w reg 1.4 16v), i would only want to lower it 35mm tho. (not 60!!) im keeping the standard alloys on. is it worth spending £125 on lowering it 35mm??? or should i just not bother and save the money? im not putting large alloys on as i wana kepe performance to...

stay with fully comp, i wrote my clio mark 1 off, spent 000s on it, and lost the lot. i think there was about a difference of a couple of hundred punds a year. definitely stick with the extra fully comp.
