jst wundering how likely it is that CIS will send out an insurance assessor to look at my car before i make a claim for the front damage to be sorted out.
i think its going to cost about £1000 to get fixed.
the relocation piping had to be made as their usual suppliers let them down.

yeh thats the guide i used.
changed all the wiring as it said and it was bolloxed to tell u the truth!!
so i changed it all back as before and it was fine!
the clear indicators look wicked i think!
well the way i wired them on that tread wen i was indicating both brake lights and the brake light on my spolier were flashing !!
i dont have any orang bulbs in the back of my car they are all white i checked this before putting the thing back together.
just fitted a set of mark2 pahse 2 172 lights to my phase 2 mark 1 1.4 clio.
they look the absolute nuts.
read a thread about having to rewire the lights, this was incorrect as when i reqired them the way it said the lights were all over the place!

green filters are good, get hold of a copy of fast car or sumut like that or go down motorworld or halfords or your local car place, theyll be able to advise you mate.
looking at getting a set of 16" 5 spoke 172 sports alloys for my 1.4 16v w reg clio.
am going to get it lowered aswell tho have 2 choices:
-60mm or -35mm?
bearing in mind i have 14" alloys at the min will it look really high with 16s without a drop? and would u even notice a 35 mm drop...

went to reno to price them out but they say they need the exact part number off the 172 because there a variations in 172s?

no they dont a viper for the 1.4
Hill power do a kit with sum kind of heat shield,
if all ur after is a throaty noise then get an open ik.
if ur bothered about performance get a panel filter.
im not sure anyone does a closed ik for the 1.4 rt . i know wen i had mine a year ago they didnt.

dont bother gettin an open IK because of the position of it sitting atop the engine u will just be sucking in hot air therefore loosing performance
for slight perfromance gains just change the existing filter in your air box.
arent the wings different?

will this cause a decrease in performance? im not expected to many gains altho i have got a full dectted exhaust system.
