I'd go with AD08's unless you do moon mileage every year. I use mine in all weather.

Treadwear ratings aren't that comparable across brands tbh, but they do give you a rough idea. AD08's were a 180 but have now been put up to 200.

I don't do many miles in mine ~5000 a year. If you get one that has been very well looked after, you will have no problems tbh. And i mean one that has had loads of things replaced to freshen it up, suspension, bushes, brakes, belts. They definitely put a smile on your face on a spirited drive.

It will have just been the bearings in the lower swivel hub, probably £80 per side parts and labour. Very common on the Meganes which run the same setup.

172/182's are generally better with MPG compared to the 197/200's. I can get 45+mpg sat at 60 if i wanted. Do well to get that in a mk3 IMO.

It has something similar, in Lap List select one of the times and scroll down to Results and there's one that says Virtual Best. Looking at one of my Oulton ones the time was 2:07.40 with a virtual time of 2:06.74

Lubricate the o-ring before you put it back in. A bit of oil or wd40 will do, just so it doesn't nip the seal as it goes back in.

Sort of half packed, finish work at 5 and home by 5:20. Throw it all in the car and make the 2 hour drive over. Should be there for 8-8:30.
