I'm guessing the angle of which the IR light is hitting the plate is the problem. Mounting the camera lower down looking more straight on to the plate would probably help. Might be able to tweak a few things in the settings, things like wide dynamic range.

Sounds like the piston is sticking to me. Are your sliders working, can you pull the caliper back and forth by hand?

Why would you want to do that, not really any advantage. The rear hubs are part of the rear beam so they aren't removable I think.

A squirt of wd40 and wiggle the rail helps to get them out. Engine oil on the o-rings to get them back in.

The injectors can be quite tight in the block, so a squirt of wd40 and wiggle the rail usually helps.

Actual physical fitment i'm not sure mate. But in terms of the lower amperage one then yeah that would work.

ET43 mate. The fronts have 5mm spacers on though so effectively ET38.

110amp for one with A/C, should be able to get away with the non A/C alternator seeing as you have the delete kit.
