Afraid as Chrispy Clio says its a new seat rail. Or i'm betting that this clip has broken that locks the seat in place. It may be worth checking scrappys etc to see if they'll sell you the clip as its cheaper than a seat rail ;) I was lucky and managed to find a 2 door clio in my local...

Thats one of the rear shockers pissing out oil again and i replaced them back in June 2009 when i posted this thread :( Any ideas why i'm going through so many rear shocks in so little time ? The car has standard shocks all round c/w Eibach Sportlines.

Andover town centre yesterday afternoon. 51 plate (i think) Iceberg 172 with Anthracite Turinis and coilies i think as it was low. Had what looked like an Omp Exhaust hanging out below bumper.
