Coil Pack, leads and plugs have just been replaced about two weeks ago as car has been misfiring. It has been fine since then till now.

Could this be the alarm switch above your right headlight ? As the wee black bit above it looks like the prong type switches they use to determine whether the bonnet is opened or closed. The only difference with yours is the prong/rod is missing that usually moves in and out if you push it...
