All finished,
I'm very tempted to put this in storage as an investment, BUT I'm going to keep an eye out for a trophy for that so
there will be a for sale advert for the Cup in the next few weeks.
Have a word Jim, what kind of a mate is he if he can't do you a dodgy test, I think Craig needs to tow the line a bit better, he does f**k all for you:tearsofjoy:
It's coming together nicely now, Yesterday I dropped the wheels off at the coaters,
then this afternoon I fitted the new number plates which always freshens up the look nicely,
the passenger wing mirror had seen some action so I replaced it with a mint used one from @Mbeau, thanks buddy
Also...
Make sure the lever (that doesn't connect to any linkage) moves freely, get someone to sit in the car and press the footbrake, the piston on the compensator should move a couple of mm, next step is to check pressure at the bleed nipples by opening them and getting your assistant to slowly press...
If doing it yourself risk a used £150 box
if paying labour for fitting it (£150ish) and the car is worth it to you, £700 for a basically new renault box, also as Daniel says a valeo clutch at £60-£70 (ECP with discount code)...
Engine & Gearbox Oil change this afternoon, I really don't know what to do regarding the Turini's colour, as if I get them done silver I may just keep them for the 182.
