I changed the Timing Belt (SKF Kit) and Dephaser this morning, It's a good job I did as despite the belt only being replaced 18 months ago with a genuine Renault kit one of the idlers had started to fail.
The dephaser pulley bolt was ridiculously tight but other than that it was a quickish...
Put a little oil down plug hole and see if the figures come up would show bore/ring wear.
Don't count out inaccuracies from the gauge itself if it's a eBay Chinese special too.

Just camber bolts matey, I managed to get it as high as -3 degrees,
beyond that I had AST top mounts but didn't use them in anger due to it being a grey area in the regs

castor isn't adjustable without fancy top mounts, but as much as possible, 4 degrees ish...
any mk1 any engine (1996-2003) scenic will fit,
scenics have a taller turret/tower
if you just extend a mk2 clio lever you will also end up with a longer lever movement to change gear
fitting a scenic one changes the fulcrum point to higher in the tower so you end up with the same standard shift...
