Search for speaker baffles in the audio section or for a guide on how to fit 6.5inch comps. There are pictures in them showing how they cut away the door card. I think thats your best option. then screw the baffle directly to the metal of the door. Ive never done it on a phase 2 or i dont...

Im open to be honest. On the look out for whatever comes up. My dad has a garage though so any mechanical/ body repairs will cost me next to nothing. Brakes, tyres, servicing etc. i can do myself. Interior wouldnt bother me too much as i would probably strip it after a year or so.:o
