"comin from a guy who drives a 1.4...smacked one of them silly on backroads."
on backroads lol? your car is not built for speed so why try it. im pretty sure i could keep up with you tbh. i didnt hear any mods like brakes or decent suspension or tyres so i will laugh when you come crying on...
exactly what i was going to say.
yes it does sound daft btw. your induction kit and exhaust will not do much atall really unless it is done with a lot of other mods. on a 1.2 it is not worth it mate you wont get nothing substantial out of it. thats why i havent done nothing to my engine. waste...
they would bug me too lol. you dont live to far from me so i might see your car around some time or you will see me! how about aero wiper blades? and cliosort stickers for other mods?
i went to tescos car park in sutton a few weeks back i didnt know anyone from cliosport was there i was looking for clios but didnt see none that i could remember. was pretty boring though you should come down to purley way on a sunday afternoon!
i cant believe people have trouble getting the front struts out. there is loads of room just put the bottom down behind the hub then pull the top towards you and it comes out.
when disassembling the strut just make sure you take off the washers and bolts and lay them in the order that they...
"I know most people hate the stripes, headlights, rear lights and think I should get different alloys, but I really like the car most of the time"
the spoiler is bad i think imo but its your car so...
where did you get the number plate light from please?
depends on what input modes it has. post up a link and somebody might be able to tell you. if it has a hi-input then you will be able to connect it to a speaker wire and run it off that. if it has a low input then you will need rca wires, which, if you dont have them on the back of your...
component speakers in the front. and coaxil in the rear. you probally wont notice that much of a difference without a new headunit. and even with a new headunit you will still get some distortion at higher volumes if the speakers are not amped. but im assuming you dont want to do that.
:S
it isnt hard mate there is just a clip at the top then it slides upwards and it comes free. if you cant bend the clip enough with you hands get a screw driver behind it!
cheers wallop. ive unclipped it and realised it holds one side of the window as it is wound down. ive turned the music on and that is the piece that is rattling. its too big to get out of the door without cutting it so ill do what you said. thanks again!
currently have my door card off and am sound deadening the doors. on towards the back of the door inside, is a large black plastic something? with diamond shape holes in it. what does it do and can i remove it as it make an awful rattle when music is even played at low volume!
pic:
the minis have run flat tyres which means they are twitchy and you are always correcting the steering so on the motorway it would be a pain imo.
just make sure your clio is serviced and you take appropriate fluids to keep your car going. the boot is tiny in the mini too!
you should be able to get it fixed. my dad has a garage and the guy he uses to do tracking and suspension adjustments just comes round in a van with the lasers on each wheel then little plates under the front wheels and does the tracking. he also does camber and everything else. takes him about...
