They're superglued on with sealant as well. Its a 2 part adhesive that goes off within seconds, fingers crossed they stay on. I dont leave it anywhere unseen so it should hopefully be ok
Took the plunge and fitted these this evening, i really wanted these as the details are raised and not decals. So when a set came up for sale i had to buy them :) Now toying with a carbon rear insert to match the front splitter.

On my way home from work today (Southend bound A127) I actually drove past another RB 182 with a Cliosport sticker on the tailgate glass. I thought what the heck I'll wave ( in the coolest way possible) to acknowledge the fact I've seen the car, in the club too type thing. I didn't look long...
IMO hiding the fact it's an non FIA, MSA approved quality cage with a sticker from a respected roll cage company.
"Aaaah so you bought your cage from SD"
"Erm......... Yeah... No...... Looks good dunnit"
Its not a Safety Devices cage so IMO they shouldn't be on there
Yes, it looks good, but...
Did a basic Cliosprt search and found 2 options

Had the Clio a good going over on Saturday so I thought I'd take it to a different location for pics. We found an underground Carpark that was completely empty so we used the missus Panasonic Lumix. TBH I'm not really sure they're any good, to any budding photographers that could give me some...
Definitely worth taking back, you paid for a service and IMO didnt get the results.
PDF file for geometry setups in this link
http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?133900-Suspension-setup-details-for-Mk1-172-182-(cuped-and-none)-None-RS-Mk2-2-and-Mk1-V6
I guess there are places out there that do it, a job as such, but there are people less well known that have the knowledge to deal with such things. Its who you know, it might be worth taking up Northloopup's offer.
Its 1 thing to set up the geometry but another thing to know the reason why...
1: I didn't think you could adjust caster on std top mounts?
2: What toe in/out did they do? Adjustment on the tie rods for that IIRC
3: If you've fitted the suspension in the pic above it looks like the top hole is elongated, you can use the OE hub bolt and still gain negative camber
Boys :D
To think I still haven't met Chris in person yet, I was toying with heading up to CSS just for that reason but the weather forecast looked grim, what with a 260 mile round trip for it to be chucking down :o
Moi :)
Part of a convoy of about 15 Renaults, mainly R5 GT turbos, R11 turbos heading to Blyton Park for the weekend (27-28th July)
That pic was taken coming out of Birchanger services,
That white R5 is an animal! 278bhp low boost, 320bhp high boost, 370bhp with gas! 11.3s quarter mile time
IIRC the 182s use the same front brake setup as the early 172s so you'll be ok. I have the F1s on my RB, admittedly they will look better if you have coilovers. I've also fitted 15mm spacers on the front to fill out the arch and 5mm on the rear
I went from 16" Turinis to 15" OZ F1s and noticed the difference straight away in that it felt better in corners, more direct. This is my opinion and what I noticed personally, yes the other plus point is cheaper tyres
Fitted 15mm spacers up front to fill out the arches better, will have the OZ F1s balanced today and refit them. Thinking about getting OE anthracite wheels now
Crazy, I thought that the exhaust heat shield covered at least the 2 inner bolts on each seat.... And there was me thinking it was bad to steal the lines on train tracks...... Desperate :(
Too bright for me, sticks out too much.... But if you're happy with it :)
I see you took the pic under the bridge in old Leigh, I'm in need of different location inspiration in the area (I live in Thundersley)
The car itself looks really clean
If you have the 54mm spacing hubs I'd go for FK, dampers by Koni and they feel better than the Spax. Just a shame FK aren't in 'cup' 60mm. Still early days for me on Spax, I'm not saying they're bad I d prefer to have the Konigsports
Low MPG again indicates lambda to me, if running lean the ECU would dump more fuel in? Air/fuel mixture is set so if it's outside the parameters it readjusts.... Or spits its dummy. Again I'm no expert so someone might have other ideas but above is how I'd see it?
Also there's a vacuum pipe...
