As some of you may know im having problems with my cup, now that i have the correct backbox on the car its responding well, but now i want to remove all restrictions from it and put on a de-cat,
Will it fit the standerd system ok? any recomendations? and what sort of gains will it produce...

well took it out this afternoon and went to the limiter in forth, would not reach the limiter in forth before the exhaust was fitted, so just...

Well today was the day the cup went back into evanshalshaw! Was booked in for the exhaust change over and compresion test, so at 12 oclock the g/f went and picked it up, when i got home from work i asked her what the results of the test were, they didnt do it she said so straight on the phone to...
When im at the torry jet wash under the lights, it actually goes a greeny also will get a pic just for the guys who think im speaking ballocks, surley other people have noticed it under bright white light at night, excuse the ryme:rasp:
will the compresion test show that there is something wrong with one of the valves mate???
I really dont think that the backbox will make that much difference but its another thing sorted i suppose:)
Im just away to buy a powerflow system of crustycup i thing so the standerd brand new back box...
yeah thursday for the exhaust change but going to see if i can get a hold of ali before hand and see if he will sell me the cat he has, and i will get renault to bung that on at the same time and see if that makes any difference, thats if nothing is detected throught the compression test

well i will find out on thursday if its an engine problem when they do the compression test, but it does run very smooth, but when hot the exhaust.........blufs if thats the rite word lol its just like pop, pop, pop, pop, etc is this common, its a standard system with cat?
To see if they could find the problem with my 129 cup, Well arrived there at bang on 8am and gave them my keys, the senior mechanic came out and said can he go out for a little drive-so off he went a couple of minutes later he came back. First thing he said to me was it was to quick to be 129bhp...
If it turns out that there is a problem with my valves in the cup or anything which involves taking the head off, will renault have to replace the cam belt of will the old one just get used again?
