As above id would be looking at the calipers to see if they are sticking, change fluid etc. Have the calipers got the anti rattle shims in? if yes bin them, and make sure the pads have a mm or so of play so they do not bind in the caliper when hot...

Updates Meg 250 has been sold, its gone to a great home though. Little bit sad to see it go as had very light use off us in 2.5 years we had it. Already got eyes on another car to replace it, which will be epic ;) A few pics of it all cleaned up, great looking car. Thanks for reading!

How come 16mm spacers up front, is ph1 track narrower than ph2 cup? I didnt run spacers at all on the front, was not possible.

Mine was ok on cup shocks and mark fish eibach springs, you need the bumpstops fitted or it will catch. Best off spacing the front wing out a bit on the lower mounting point, and shave the arch lip. -2.5deg neg camber helped too, assuming you have plenty dialled in with it used on track.

Whilst apart i noticed the rear engine mount had split around the welds. Its done 800 miles running in mileage and mapping, hardly used. Mount is a vibratechnics one. Proper flimsy piece of s**t really, only welded on one side, not cheap and not fit for purpose I was highly annoyed over this...

Renault Extra oil leak saga. After mapping i noticed a leak on the crankshaft side of the sump. Jacked it up and could see oil running from crank area. So stuck it in the garage and left it for a few weeks. Had a weeks leave from work booked in so proceeded to drop subframe and take gearbox...

Kangoo conversion is easy really, just labour intensive. Exhaust is really the only custom bit needed. Mine was based on a cup, no ac, no abs and rear drums. 1k is fair, 2 weeks labour or a week if your really grafting.

Not worth the risk tapping it in situ.
