    Black and green ex-extreme 1.2 16v

Don't waste your money, seriously, get down a breakers and get new wing and bumper in the right colour if you must, it'd be cheaper.

    My Hairdressers mk2 mx5

On mk.2 & 2.5, definately. I shall scour MX5OC and get a definative answer though, I'm doubting myself now. I was convinced no UK-spec Mk.1's got an LSD.... maybe the turbo specials did, but now I just don't know.

    My mates 5.0 V8 Sierra...

Bravo that man. EDIT: 14k would get me my Smartuki Roadster-Coupe. Trading off cubes for revs

    My new Bora

Those wheels would suit a Toledo better, but maybe a different colour would make them "fit" the Bora nicer. A chrome-esque finish maybe

Some special edition mk.1s may have had LSD's, but they weren't commonplace. Even when the 1.8 came out.

do you need to have your alligment looked at once you have had a track rod end fitted

Re: do you need to have your alligment looked at once you have had a track rod end fi 40 quid or a quicker change to new front tyres?

Not quite. a lot of the Eunos (mk.1 import) special editions (V-spec or something like that) came with LSD. but UK cars didn't get manufacturer-fit LSD until the Mk.2 Anniversary and beyond. Esiest way to tell on non-Eunos models (this is, of course, provided no modifications have occured) is...

The only (and I mean moderately) cost-effective of modding any car is to uprate parts you need to replace though. Exhaust dead? Time for a fancy one Busted spring? Time for lowz / coilieez Etc. Servicing on a '5 isn't tragic though, and as they run perfectly on 15's, tyres should be the same...

good man. even the 1.8 is hardly a y0-drifting powerhouse, the later funky-valves version was a degree better but unless you end up doing a transplant or bolting a blower to it, you've not got a slider. Still, it's spot on for nailing apexes and carrying corner speed

You should be find a specialist who can do the LSD-swap job fairly easily. Given you've got the 1.6 though, may as well just swap out to a standard diff, you wont be doing much in the way of wel sik driftage.

    My Hairdressers mk2 mx5

You should be able to get a LSD from a breakers, a lot of the Eunos Mk.1's had them and they came back on the 1.8is / sport / icon and a few other special editions.

You've got a nice Mk.2 there fella. Rear wheels look a little deep in the arches, have you added camber? I had a black mk.2 and loved it. in fact, it's over there <-- You will have trouble getting a look like the Mk.1 you've pictured, I'd suggest you look at what Mazdaspeed did in terms of...

Myself, I prefer it if the c**kpit is wihtout lights when driving at night. if I could fit a SAABeqsque "Night-panel" switch to my car I'd do it in a snap. But, of course, that's just my idea. Besides, are you going to forget your gate pattern and need to stare at the shifter to remember...

been pondering this but i'm not sure.....

Why? I see no valid reason for this. It's no better than a saxo running twin-drainpipes.

    1.2 to 1.6?

Has OP considered a DCi instead of the 1.6? from what I understand a DCi is superior to any of the sub-2.0 clios (Mk.2 of course)

Surely if OP is looking for an "iPad mini", isn;t that just an iPod Touch? or iPhone?

    Sony sound bars

+1 to that I'm a Sony Fanboy to the end, but I couldn't justify racking up the bill on Sony seperates, so went with the standard-issue Richer Sounds set-up http://www.richersounds.com/package/system-savers/hifi-separate-systems/pah01233
  28. G

    Sony sound bars

They're better than standard flat-screen speakers, but for the money you could get a Sony mini/micro system and get better quality. Unless you're talking about the surround-sound bars, in which case definately dont bother
