I still can't get past that splitter-plow.
:(
I know it's the thing to do to Mk.1's (or to go completely minimal, seemingly) but it just looks impractical.
OP, is this a daily drive or a weekend special?
right, so it's a road car.
Just fit some normal sports tyres (Continentals, Michelins, Pirelli or similar), save your money. R888's will likely be wasted unless you're going to start turning into an actual "track-spec" car.
EDIT: As Tony said, nothing wrong with standard. And he knows.
But...
Get slicks on a spare set of 15's.
Stick them in the back (car stripped out for track?) then swap them for whatever road tyres you please when you get to the circuit.
I like them Gaz, I like them quite a lot.
BUt wqould prefer an RX-7.
Maybe an incincible 300ZX too, but from what you've said before, such a thing would never exist
First one to say it sounds like GT5 will be a certified self-sex professional
Moar classix!
And, of course, the first game I ever saw which just involved pointlessly driving about like a tw@
There was a Lombard RAC rally game in the Amiga / Atari ST era.
that was alright, for it's day. You spent your winning on souping up your escort with cosworth stuff, and lights, until you wound up selling the lot for an RS200.
Also, PS1 had an international TOCA game, had all sorts, DTM...
Don't bother getting anything.
Keep it running on month-by-month, then, when you actually NEED a new phone (others are stolen/lost/ smashed/damp) then you've got one in the shop ready to go.
high 5!
GP2 was also quality, but lacked Mexico :(
Anyway, 3-screen GT5 rulez all.
"Anything else is for tight wad benders with inferior consolez"
yawn
EDIT: 15-player Daytona link-up in Hamleys basement, holler!
