    AV Receiver

No, but to say Denon don't make a good receiver is quite laughable. People go on about the great advice you get from RS but tbh I don't think they're all that half the time. There knowledge is no where near as good as my local specialist but if you know what you're after RS do some cracking deals...

WIFI range boosters, anyone used any?

This is the one i was talking about. Gadget Show liked it... http://gadgetshow.channel5.com/gadget-show/videos/first-look/episode-8-london-yagi-tubrotenna http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0034FAS0K/?tag=cliospnet01-21

WIFI range boosters, anyone used any?

They had a USB booster on the Gadget Show this week that could get a perfect signal from 1-2 miles away. It cost about £80 though!

Why not get the Denon? http://www.richersounds.com/product/av-receivers/denon/avr2113/deno-avr2113-blk

    AV Receiver

£200 for all 4? That is a bargain! You said in your other post you had a pair of 601 s2? I'd definitely go for the CC6 It matches well for both sound and looks. My S2's

    AV Receiver

Might as well get the matching CC6 centre... http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nkw=b%26w+cc6&_sacat=0&_odkw=hp+pavilion+slimline++psu&_osacat=0&_from=R40 Go for a Series 2 though as they are concidrably better than the S1's (that goes for your 601's also).

    AV Receiver

It will be 167mm with the feet. Take them off and you'll have plenty of room. Having a 1cm gap above isn't bad. After all it's no worse than sticking another piece of AV on top of it such as a DVD player!

    AV People - Speaker Advice

You'd need an amp with it. I'd get this with it. http://www.richersounds.com/product/av-receivers/denon/avr2113/deno-avr2113-blk You would then have a £1250 system for the bargain price of £550 which is bloody good imo! As for the cables they're not that bad. Just run the 2 surround cables...

    AV People - Speaker Advice

These are a superb deal at the moment. I realise you say you don't want surround but at this price they are difficult to ignore;). http://www.petertyson.co.uk/ebuttonz/ebz_product_pages/monitor_audio_vector_av.shtml

    AV Receiver

That's because your spreading the cost over 7 amps rather than 2 so you would need to spend more on an AV amp to get the same stereo sound of a cheaper stereo amp... With an all in one then the cost is also spread on the DVD player and speakers so tend to be a lot worse still... With what the...
