this is what a tunning company i know of did when they fitted suspension, they'd elongate the lower strut hole and charge the customer for camber setup!!! (hence why they charged £399 to lower a clio! JUST SPRINGS!)

cup wheel = ET 38
the number is in mm, and is measured from the centre line of the wheel
now this is the bit you have to get your brain around!!
ET60 would mean the wheel would be really far in to the arch
