give em a few hundred miles, get slightly harsher with them as the miles increase
also get more aggressive with the right hand pedal too
try some 70mph down to 40mph be fairly firm, but dont jump on the brakes!!!! this get some heat into them

its a fault on the rear shoes mate, renault know about it
the surface of the rear shoe has fallen off and stuck the drum on
mine did this!! had to yank the rear drums off and fit new shoes (cost me £23.99!)
pain in the arse trying to pull off a seized drum!!!
get some of those posts that go behind you car so it cant be nicked!!
my mate had a similar thing happen with his scooby, he installed 2 removable steel posts, never a problem now!!!
