My old flamer had matched inlets and the battery relocated to the boot. Induction kit pointed towards the passenger headlight. With the timing being spot on so all things being equal. It made 179 on well respected rollers. Nippy little car that.

It would have to be mega loud to fail. Think I had a decatted oreca with recessed box, and unsilenced that was the closest I've been. There were louder cars there too. If your local ish to a track take a drive out and see

Can go to the track before you go on your day to check. I've had some pretty loud exhausts and never had an issue at 105db days. Closest was 103
